Hello and thank you for looking at this West Lincoln Park Condo. The unit is a spacious third floor walk-up with two entrances. It is tastefully decorated and has everything a traveler desires, including a quiet and dark main bedroom, in unit washer/dryer and a dedicated parking space.

The dine-in kitchen is large and has a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and Viking range with plenty of counter space to cook. Fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, a coffee maker, it has everything one needs to live comfortably. Air Fryer furnished upon request! Bonus feature is a wine refrigerator, but Im going to assume this is low priority for most!

When the weather is nice, there is a large back patio that overlooks the central, shared courtyard.

The separate living room is furnished with comfortable area to watch the SmartTV or just relax, as well as a seating nook in the front window bay. Please note, the ventless fireplace is decorative only at this time.

Off to the side in the living room, a separate work area with monitor is provided. This is in addition to the office in the second bedroom.

The master bedroom is perfect for those who require a dark, quiet environment during the daytime hours. A very comfortable Queen bed is provided with extra linens. A black-out shade is included.

For now, the second bedroom is set up as a home office and has a dedicated monitor, power, keyboard and mouse for guest use. So the unit is really ideal for a traveling couple as well as a single individual.

Lincoln Park is one of the very best neighborhoods in Chicago. Tree lined streets, easy access to the lake and El, not to mention tons of shops and restaurants. This unit is located in West Lincoln Park in a perfect location. Not only do you have Floriole right next door, grocery stores are only a half mile away to the west and south. Armitage shopping is .2 miles away with the El only a half mile from the front door.
