Master BR with private master bath will be available for rent in a beautiful house in Midtown. Spacious bedroom features 2 closets, platform queen bed, plantation shutters with a terrific view, and high ceilings with crown molding.

Furniture includes a premium-quality full or queen bed, Monthstand, chest of drawers, desk, chair, lamp, bookcase, and media stand (TV available upon request). Includes all utilities, high-speed internet, and use of kitchen housewares, dishwasher detergent, soap, paper towels, cleaners.

The house is sunny & bright with 2 balconies for you to enjoy grilling, coffee, and dining. With more than 2,900 square feet and 2 dining areas, the spacious layout is great for roommates. There are 2 refrigerators in the kitchen area. Current housemates are an undergrad, a graduate student, and a working professional who are considerate, friendly, and respectful. Carpool to Med Center available.

There are currently no pets, but one would be considered, on a case by case basis. There is a nice dog park 1 block away and a larger walking park 2 blocks away. Parking is off-street in an adjacent lot, covered by our HOA fee.

Prime location in a gated community within walking distance of 3 neighborhood parks, cafes, HCC campus (free library), a food courts mall, and Emancipation Park swimming pool, clubhouse, and picnic area (free). Toyota Center is just a mile away: only a 20-minute walk or a 6-minute cab ride to go catch a basketball game. Just a few blocks further is Minute Maid Park for baseball games.
