This is a very friendly small 6-plex, meaning there are only 6 apartments. This property is a not a large apartment complex where everyone ignores the other. This makes it VERY safe. Every single long-term tenant is super friendly and will always smile or say hello. The wash & dry laundry room is literally 4 steps from your front door. So easy! There is an on-site manager for the building who also works with us to help our guests if they get into a tough situation or maybe forget the keycode during daytime hours. We take the Months.
SOOOOO.. this perfectly situated property is located right in the middle of all that’s cool about the neighborhood of Montrose. (even Houston if you ask me) The property is surrounded by some amazing green space parks that will have live music shows on weekends (don’t forget the blanket in the closet) in front of the Menil museum. This museum is known all over the world. In fact you may cross paths with an artist staying in our other unit there. This is a very artsy neighborhood everywhere you look, from the museums, side of buildings, stores, and even its people you’ll see walking around. Again, this is a very walkable neighborhood. Almost forgot – the property is just one half of a block away – HEB. Best grocery store in TX!

of Houston, Texas Southern University, St. Thomas University, all professional ball venues, cool shopping, some of the best hair salons, the best restaurants in all of town, and upbeat to relaxing bars.

Most hospitals are only 1.7 miles – 3.0 miles away. This all less than an 8 – 13 min drive from the property!

P. S. – We keep Bath & Body Works items inside the units for guests to enjoy. We also have big nice bath towels, soft sheets, always have pillow and mattress covers under all bedding sheets for sanitation & allergies, teas & coffees, Keurig & kettle . This unit has some high-end furniture some from West Elm. We are all about the details without overwhelming.
