Just two blocks from the beach!! Amazing Ocean Views! The home is clean and comfortable space that has a beachy contemporary feel. I have decorated the home with designer furniture that’s classy but still laid back. This is a room in a home!

My home offers high speed Fios wireless internet (150/150), quality linens and towels, lots of hot water, full-size toiletries and a brand new Queen mattress. I have an outdoor patio with gas fire pit that is a lovely place to relax after a long sunset walk to the beach. The house also features basic HD cable on a 55″ HD Smart TV. Bring your Fire Stick or Apple TV for plug and play.

I provide french press coffee or keurig . You can use any of the items or condiments in the fridge, or spices in the cupboard.

There is free street parking (where available), but you can use my small parking space in front of the house during your stay, parking at your own risk. My home is at the beach, where parking is at a premium and at times, creative. My parking spot is on the bricks in front of my home. If you have a vehicle I will provide pictures to show exactly where it is. My home is on a steep hill, which provides amazing views, but tires must be curbed (like in San Francisco). I recommend utilizing the street parking as much as possible and to pay attention to street signs.
