The primary bedroom includes a queen size bed with comfy mattress, smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 includes two full size beds with comfy mattresses, and direct access to bathroom number 2 which provides extra privacy and convenience.

This home boasts an open concept great room, including living, office space, dining and full kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. I have included an additional queen sized air mattress for the travelers that don’t necessarily want to cuddle with their friends. This home accommodates couples, families, friend groups, or the individual looking for an incredible escape.

You will be a short bike ride from Starbucks, grocery shopping, the vibrant Roosevelt row, the Coronado park with public pool, Downtown Phoenix – home of the Phoenix Sun and Arizona Diamondbacks. Guests will have full access to the main house, laundry room, front yard, and side yard of the main house. Please do not disturb tenants in the secondary house.
