Unique Casita With No Shared Walls

This is a unique semi-sustainable property. There is solar and grid power. The freshwater pool is available and we have laundry on site or there’s a laundromat a block away. We’re close to several hospitals, ASU downtown along with numerous shopping and dining options. Hiking isn’t far, Oak Street Murals among many other murals are all in walking distance and there’s some great coffee shops nearby.
Smart TV description
Google TV with a lot of options along with Netlix, Prime and YouTube Tenant provides login for those services but there are plenty of viewing options without logging in along with casting from devices.
Space
This 196 sqft casita has all you need for a short-term stay. The bed is a comfy double and there is a small couch as well. For kitchen items there is a small fridge, single burner, and a small sink. The bathroom is a wet room with a shower and toilet. The toilet is a home biogas which uses anaerobic digestion. The casita runs on solar and grid power and will soon be self-sustainable. There is a 50″ Smart TV and WiFi available. It’s cozy with a great view.
