Property is in a quiet academic neighborhood. It is less than 5 miles from downtown, the Medical center, and the University of Houston. The residence is also withing walking distance of the local park and train station which shuttles to downtown and connects to Medical Center. The gym/workout area is on the bottom floor.

Space
Cleaning services are available every other Tuesday at no additional cost. The cleaning ladies are Yolanda and Miedra. We have been working with them for years. They are very careful of personal belongings and respectful of valuables. They are Spanish-speaking with limited English but will understand if you want them to look at something specific or have a certain set of instructions. They will clean the living space, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom of the guests as standard.
